A Parent’s Guide to Admission at IAR Education Centre

Before you begin

This admission guide for parents is here to make applying to IAR Education Centre feel simple. Before you open the app, here’s what to expect. IAR Education Centre has offered religious and worldly education in Bhandup, Mumbai since September 2014. Every application goes through the same short, guided process. So, you won’t need paperwork or an office visit just the IAR EduHub app. Because everything happens in the app, you can also track your application afterward, from anywhere.

The 5-step process

1. Applicant details comes first. Here, you’ll choose the madrasa and enter the applicant’s name, gender, date of birth, and blood group.

2. Next, you’ll add parent or guardian details specifically, the father’s and mother’s names and occupations.

3. After that, the form asks for contact & address information: a phone number, an email address, and the full postal address.

4. Then come education details the applicant’s current or previous school, along with their class or grade.

5. Finally, you’ll review & submit check everything over, agree to the Centre’s rules and regulations, and submit.

That’s it! the whole form takes just a few minutes.

Choosing a branch

Early in the form, you’ll choose which madrasa the application is for. IAR Education Centre runs two branches. Madrasa Ummul Momeneen Khadijatul Kubra (s.a) is our girls’ branch, and Madrasa Imam Ali Raza (a.s) is our boys’ branch. For more on what daily life looks like at each branch, see our About Us page.

What to have ready

A little preparation makes the form faster to fill in. Before you begin, gather the following:

• Applicant’s full name, gender, date of birth & blood group
• Parent/guardian names and occupations
• A phone number and email address
• Full home address
• Current or previous school/institution name
• Current class or grade

Having all of this ready means you can complete the form in one sitting, without needing to stop and look anything up.

After you apply

Submitting the form doesn’t guarantee admission. Instead, IAR Education Centre reviews every application at its discretion. Still, you’re not left wondering you can track your application’s status from the app’s Submitted Forms screen at any time, and download a PDF copy for your records.
