Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the IAR Education Centre app, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

You sign in using Google Sign-In or another supported method. You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Admission forms submitted for a minor must be completed by a parent or guardian.

IAR Education Centre’s app provides admission applications, quizzes, a photo gallery, and educational book downloads for students, families, and staff. Content is for personal, non-commercial, educational use only books, photos, and other materials may not be redistributed, resold, or republished elsewhere without permission.

You’re responsible for the accuracy of information submitted in admission forms. Submitting a form does not guarantee admission all applications are reviewed at IAR Education Centre’s discretion.

Donations made through the app (via UPI or QR code) are voluntary contributions to IAR Education Centre and are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to misuse the app including attempting to access other users’ accounts, uploading unlawful or harmful content, or interfering with the app’s normal operation.

The app relies on third-party services (Google Firebase, Google Sign-In, UPI payment apps, Google Drive) to function. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IAR Education Centre is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
